Deontology and non-discrimination
Every year, all agents in the Magrey & Sons Group take part in a comprehensive training course lasting several hours on the regulations and ethics of the real estate professions. This approach reflects the agency's commitment to guaranteeing professional practices that comply with legal and ethical requirements, while strengthening the quality of its customer service.
The main objectives of this training were to deepen the understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing the real estate professions, to raise awareness of the issues related to non-discrimination, and to ensure compliance with recent developments in legislation. At the same time, this initiative made it possible to strengthen the internal policy of combating discrimination by identifying potentially discriminatory behavior and defining concrete actions to prevent it. It also provided an opportunity to review the fundamental principles of ethics applied to the profession, thus ensuring that they are perfectly in line with the expectations of clients and partners.
The training covered a wide range of topics that are essential for real estate professionals. These included the regulatory aspects of the profession, the legal obligations specific to the sector, and the criminal liabilities of negotiators. An important part of the training was devoted to Tracfin, to make teams aware of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, two crucial issues in the real estate sector. Participants also deepened their knowledge of ethical rules, in particular with regard to the responsibility of agents towards clients and third parties. Finally, specific workshops helped identify and understand the mechanisms of discrimination, in order to better combat them through a proactive and benevolent policy within the agency.
Thanks to this training, the Magrey & Sons Group affirms its desire to remain an exemplary player in the real estate sector, combining expertise, regulatory compliance and ethical commitment.
