Copywriter

We are a family group specializing in luxury real estate on the French Riviera, Monaco and Paris. We assist high-end clients looking for exceptional properties, providing them with a personalized and exclusive service. As part of the development of our online visibility, we are looking for a passionate and curious SEO Web Editor, capable of creating inspiring and effective content, aligned with the expectations of a demanding clientele.
Cannes
Temporary or permanent contract depending on profile
Your mission will be to design and produce premium-quality editorial content, combining SEO expertise and engaging storytelling, in order to attract and convert new prospects. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing various content, including articles, web pages and other formats showcasing our properties. This content will need to be optimized for search engine optimization and tailored to the expectations of a high-end clientele. You will also create impactful micro-content, such as metadata, calls to action (CTAs) and rich snippets. In addition, you will design materials to generate qualified leads, such as guides, white papers and barometers. In collaboration with the SEO manager, you will develop a content strategy aimed at maximizing the visibility of our publications. This will involve an in-depth search for strategic keywords and coverage of topics related to prestigious real estate, lifestyle and local trends. You will also write articles dedicated to the best addresses and exclusive events on the French Riviera and in Paris, in order to meet the expectations of a demanding audience. Finally, you will work closely with the creative teams to enrich the content with visuals, videos and infographics. Constant monitoring of SEO trends, as well as developments in the luxury real estate and premium lifestyle sectors, will be essential to ensure an ever-innovative and effective approach.
Required :
  • Experience: at least 2 years in web writing and SEO.
  • Excellent command of French: impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Curiosity and lifestyle culture: you have a taste for the French Riviera and Parisian life, you are on the lookout for the latest trends and like to share the best addresses and premium experiences.
  • A flair for storytelling and marketing: you know how to capture attention and arouse desire with powerful content.
  • Proficiency in SEO: understanding of best practices (tags, internal linking, netlinking, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).
  • English an advantage: a good level would be a plus for translating and adapting content.

Independent sales representative
As a Consultant, you will be at the heart of our development strategy in Paris, in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor-made buying or selling experience. • Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Paris and the surrounding area • Evaluate and support the sale of high-end residential properties • Organize and conduct targeted visits for our clients • Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties • Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partners
Required :
  • • You have solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
